His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello In his humane disposition to the welfare of Workers, has approved the constitution of a Fourteen-Man (14) Committee for the Negotiation of the Implementation of the New National Minimum Wage In Kogl State.

The Chairperson and other members of the Negotiation Committee are:

  1. Mrs. Folashade Arike Ayoade, Ph.d – Chairperson
    Secretary to the Gavernment of Kogi State.
  2. Elder (Mrs) Deborah Ogunmola – Member
    Head of Civil Service.
  3. Hon. Ibrahlm Muhammed Sani (SAN) – Member
    Special Adviser to the Governor on Legal Matters.
  4. Hon. Asiwaju Asiru Idris – Member
    Special Adviser to the Governor on Finance, Budget & Economic Planning.
  5. Engr. Abubakar Ohere Sadlq – Member
    Special Adviser to the Governor on Local Government & Chieftaincy Affairs.
  6. Hon. Momoh Jlbrin – Member
    State Accountant-General.
  7. Hon. Okala Yakubu – Member
    State Auditor-General.
  8. Hon. Usman Ododo – Member
    Local Government Auditor-General.
  9. Comrade Akejl Yusuf – Member
    Chairman Joint Negotiating Council.
  10. Comrade Tade Adeyeml – Member
    Nigeria Union of Local Government Employee (NULGE).
  11. Comrade I. A. Abubakar – Member
    Joint Negotiating Council.
  12. Comrade Thomas Ayodele – Member
    Nigeria Union of Teachers.
  13. Comrade Meliga Obaka – Member
    Association of Senior Civil Servants.
  14. Hon. Kingsley Fanwo – Secretary
    Special Adviser to the Governor on Information & Communication Strategy.

Please note that the Committee will be inaugurated on Tuesday, 14th January, 2020 in the Banquet Hall, Government House, Lokoja at 11.00 pm prompt.
