Kogi Guber: PDP imports thugs to terrorise Okunland

Ahead of the Governorship and Senatorial Elections scheduled to hold on the Saturday 16th November, 2019, thugs suspected to have been imported from Niger Delta and neighboring states of Nasarawa and Benue by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) purposefully to cause mayhem and destructions before, during and after the elections.

The peaceful Kabba metropolis witnessed a heavy presence of those thugs who were seen shooting guns sporadically which made many passerby and residents of the area to scant for safety when the party were in Kabba/Bunu and Ijumu Local Government Areas for campaigns.

The thugs who were conveyed in two PDP branded Siena bus and Golf car with Dino Melaiye pictures on it was seen at Alaba junction in Odolu, Fadile Junction, Fehinti area, Iyah junction and Lisa palm junction shooting sporadically to the air.

The thugs who were seen boasting at various junctions they stopped to shown their readiness to wreck havoc on the innocent electorates that cross their way during the said elections.

With the way and manner the imported thugs behave show that they will not stop at nothing in unleashing violence and crisis in the area, stressing that it takes the maturity of the APC loyalists when Dino Melaye and his men deliberately came to Lisa Palm Hotel, Kabba where the APC stakeholders are holding meetings.

Some of the residents who spoke to our reporter expressed worries of the spade of violence that may erupted due to the activities of the thugs, urging the security agents to come up with ways of tackling the menace of thuggery before, during and after the elections.
